Once Again, The Will of the Voters Is Denied

Yesterday afternoon, Justice Edward Lehner of the State Supreme Court rubberstamped Referee Louis Crespo’s recommendation that the decision to establish a local commission to investigate the events of September 11th not be put before the voters on November 3rd.
After showing interest in weighing both sides’ arguments in the hearing, the Judge’s short decision gives no indication of having considered the arguments put forth in the Petitioners’ memorandum of law, nor any acknowledgement of the need for a new investigation, which the City of New York callously dismissed as “irrelevant”.
On a dark day for democracy, the patriotic call for answers by hundreds of 9/11 families, first responders and survivors has been stifled, and the will of the people of New York City once again denied.
Judge Lehner ruled that modifying the petition to make it “legally permissible” would result in it being “inconsistent with the law sought by the signatories of the Petition” despite the fact that all 80,000 signatories agreed by signing the Petition that “If any provision of this law is held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall be in no manner affected thereby but shall remain in full force and effect.”
The deadline for inclusion on the ballot falls just before the election, making it possible to appeal Judge Lehner’s decision. NYC CAN is weighing all options and will make an announcement early next week on this issue, as well as on how it will be moving forward on other fronts. Regardless of the outcome in court, the quest for answers continues full throttle.
This fight is only the beginning.

It’s disgusting. The investigation should of course be made but all the denials over the years allow us to simply extrapolate that documentaries such as 9/11 Mysteries and Zeitgeist have it all correct. They clearly know this and don’t want to suffer the consequences of the people overthrowing their government when it comes out for certain that they murdered so many mainly to excuse themselves in the public eye to murder a few more hundred-thousand in other countries. Every citizen finding this out for certain will be the turning point of the current structure in society and thus the dumbasses that run countries will be shoved out of said power – clearly not something they fancy. It will happen though, it will happen.

There is no greater evidence of corruption than the outright, irrationally unjustifiable refusal to investigate this act of terrorism which was orchestrated by the very people who are now eroding our Constitution and personal financial securities. Judge Edward Lenher is himself a slave to the New World Order of 1776. All Supreme Court Judges are appointed by the establishment, but only when the establishment is convinced that the judge will sustain their goals for Global Order of Dominance, aka G.O.D. Ladies & Gentle the one entity that holds true democracy by the throat is the evil conglomerate of wealthy families that coerced a Free America into accepting the Federal Reserve Bank as their financial backbone. Are we as stupid as the establishment perceives us to be? I think not. What we lack are individuals that are willing to speak out to the masses about what is discovered by way of investigation, research and careful evaluation of information, policies and practices. The establishment’s greatest ally has always been secrecy and division among those that they intend to deceive. The real terrorist can feel our breath on their necks and they are very afraid! Let us not fight one another any longer, but unify for one good, one common cause…Freedom. Never stop asking questions! Never let them forget our voices must and will be heard!

Why did you think the people who are in power and who did 911 would let it be investigated, it was always going to be denied, the powers aren’t going to find themselves guilty, maybe militant action is required, not trying to beat them through their own legislation, it’s impossible that way.
